What to wear
Comfortable close-fitting clothing, such as
T-shirt and shorts
Sweatshirt and track-pants (no jeans)
Leotards are optional!
For safety:
Hair must be tied back
Bare feet (the one exception is that socks must be worn on the trampoline)
No jewellery
No buckles
We recommend that watches and fitbits be left at home
What to bring…
Drink bottle (with water)
A healthy snack food if necessary.
